This condenser fan motor is used with frost-free refrigerators with a condenser coil. When the compressor runs, so does this fan, circulating air through the refrigerator grille, cooling the compressor and condenser coils. This part also helps to evaporate excess water in the drain pan. If your refrigerator/freezer section is too warm you may need to replace this part. This is a genuine OEM part. This 120 volt, 60Hz defrost timer acts like a clock, continually advances and alternates between activating the cooling cycle and the defrost heater. If the refrigerator is too warm, freezer section too warm or freezer not defrosting you might need to replace the defrost timer. This is a genuine OEM part. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.
