This is replacement vent grille or vent grill for your microwave. You will find the grill vent either above or below the microwave door, depending on your model. If your vent grill is discolored or cracked, or if the mounting brackets for the grill are broken, you may need to replace the grill. This part is made of black plastic and is approximately 24 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. This product is sold individually.

This 30 watt 120 volt incandescent light bulb, with a small screw base is used to light up the surface below your microwave or brighten the interior of the microwave once the door has been opened. If your light bulb is burnt out it will need to be replaced. Before you change the bulb, be sure to check that the light socket still works, as it may need to be replaced as well. Remember to disconnect the power to the microwave before you begin this repair. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

This microwave micro switch is normally open and when the door is shut, the door switch will close to send power to the microwave to operate. If the microwave won’t start, then the switch has failed and will need to be replaced. The micro switch is in the latch board section and due to the high voltage capacitor in the microwave, it can retain a lethal electrical charge. Even when unplugged, it is suggested to have a service technician install the part. This is a genuine OEM part.

This genuine OEM light socket provides power to the light bulb in your microwave while holding it in place. This light socket is two pronged and the bulb should screw easily into it. If your light bulb will not light, check the bulb itself and light socket’s connection. If the socket is broken, or faulty it should be replaced immediately. Make sure to remove the high-voltage capacitor from your microwave before beginning this repair.

This bracket holds the metal or plastic flapper that closes off the exhaust duct when the fan is not running and opens when the fan turns on. If the exhaust fan on your microwave does not appear to be working, the problem may be with the damper assembly. If the damper does not open and close easily, check for any damage to the bracket, and replace if it is damaged or faulty. This genuine OEM exhaust damper measures approximately 12 inches long by 5 inches wide.
