The glass tray roller support is located underneath the glass tray to support and rotate the cooking tray to cook food evenly. If the glass tray is not turning it may be damaged and will need to be replaced. The wheels that are attached to the roller support, which can sometimes wear down and keep the tray from rotating. This part is white in color and measures approximately 8” in length. This is a genuine OEM part.

The glass tray drive coupling kit is used to help rotate the tray inside the microwave for even cooking. If the coupling, also know as a bushing, is broken or damaged it will not rotate the tray and will need to be replaced. This part measures 7/8” square. The kit includes two couplers, one with approximately 1/8” shaft and one with flush shaft. This is a genuine OEM kit.
