The oven sensor detects the temperature within the oven cavity and sends the information to the control board. If your oven is not heating evenly, has little or no heat when baking, or is too hot, you may need to replace the sensor. The bake element supplies heat to the oven for baking. It is located on the bottom of the oven cavity. If your oven is too hot, the element is shorted out, or is not heating evenly you may need to replace the element. The element is made of metal and is a genuine OEM part. The terminal block provides a way of connecting individual electrical wires and offers protection from electrical surges, voltages and currents. This part will also allow you to attach the power cord to the inner wiring of your range. If the terminal block has shorted out or the range is not getting the proper power, this part will need to be replaced. The nuts are not included with the terminal block, they must be ordered separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the range before starting the repair.

This part is the oven bulb lens cover. It is made of glass and is approximately 3 inches in diameter. The lens cover protects the light bulb from being damaged. The main reason to replace the light lens cover is if it is cracked, damaged, or missing. Be sure that the lens cover is cool to the touch before you begin this repair. To remove the lens cover, simply turn it counter clockwise until you can remove it. Replace it with a new cover and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. This is an OEM part sourced from the manufacturer, and it is sold individually.
