Please make sure to clean the area that requires touch up to avoid any old paint or dirt getting into the fresh paint. When using the spray paint it is recommended to wear gloves and a protective mask. Make sure to shake the can well before using and to spray a few inches away from the surface for best results. The oven light socket assembly with lens provides power to the light bulb while holding the bulb in place. If the light socket shorted out and the oven light is no longer coming on, you may need to replace the light socket. This part measures approximately 4.25” L x 3” w. If your broil element is no longer heating or it has shorted out, you may need to replace it. You can use a multimeter to test the broil element for continuity. The three loop broil element is located on the roof of the oven cavity to supply heat for broiling. The element has push-on terminals and measures 12-inch wide and 19-inch long.
