This part is black in color and just over 2 inches in diameter. If your old burner cap is damaged or missing, this is the part that will replace it. The burner orifice helps regulate the gas flow coming from the burner valve. The size of the orifice opening determines the max power out out of the burner. This burner orifice is a 5K natural orifice. If the opening of the orifice has been damaged or you are converting the range, you will need to replace the orifice. This part is made of metal and is sold individually. Please remember to disconnect the power and gas supply before starting your repair.
