Heater, defrost (heater)

This part is located at the bottom of the evaporator. The defrost heater heats the evaporator in the defrost mode of operation to keep the cooling coils from frosting over. The thermostat must be replaced when replacing the defrost heater.

Handle, refrigerator (white) (handle)

The trim for the handle is no longer available.

Compressor relay and overload (overload)

May differ in appearance, but functions same as original. The overload protects a motor from overheating and the relay boosts the compressor.

Humidity control slide (body control)

Condenser fan blade - steel (fan blade)

This fan blade circulates air over the condenser. It mounts onto the shaft of the condenser fan motor.

Thimble - freezer compartment (thimble)

Mounting shelf cup - white (shelf cup)

This mounting shelf cup is used to hold the shelf in place.

Slide, humidity control (slide)

Plastic tubing inserts - 4 included (insert)

These inserts are used with 1/4 inch plastic tubing.

Shut off arm (arm)

The shut off arm works in conjunction with the ice maker in your refrigerator. When the shut off arm is high enough the ice maker will shut off and no more ice will be produced until the level of ice in the bin drops. The ice maker can be turned off by lifting the arm all the way to the top until in a locked position. This part is made of metal, and measures approximately 9 inches wide and 4 inches in height.

Speed nut (nut)

The speed nut works in conjunction with the condenser fan motor. The fan blade attaches to the condenser motor shaft and the speed nut secures the blade to the motor. Make sure the speed nut is properly attached and secured. If the part is damaged, worn, or will not tighten, you will need to replace it. This part measures 1/4-20 inch. Sold individually. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Temperature control thermostat kit (refrigerator thermostat)

This part keeps the refrigerator at a constant temperature.

Hinge sleeve hole plug - white (button plug)
