Ice maker drive gear (gear)

The drive gear works in conjunction with the ejector blades in your ice maker. The drive gear attaches to the cam to help rotate the ejector arm to push the ice from the ice maker into the ice container. If the ice maker isn’t dispensing ice you may need to replace this part. The drive gear is approximately 1 1/2” in diameter, white in color and made of plastic. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

Please note it is recommended to have a service technician install the filter drier tube because it involves recharging and recovering refrigerant in the sealed refrigerant system.
