Thermostat (thermostat assy)

The cycling thermostat controls the activation of the icemaker ejection cycle.

Ice cube ejector (ejector)

The ice ejector bar is made of plastic, white in color, and is used to push the ice cubes from the ice maker into the ice bin. The bar measures approximately 9 inches long. If the ejector bar becomes broken or ice is not entering into the bin, you may need to replace the part. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power and water supply to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Evaporator (evaporator coil)

This radiator-looking part, changes the liquid refrigerant to gas and that change absorbs heat, which makes the evaporator cold to the touch. The fan inside the freezer circulates the air to the freezer and fresh food section to keep the temperatures constant.
