Door handle (handle)

Door strike (strike)

The door strike works in conjunction with the dryer door. The male piece of the door strike is the piece that activates the door switch once the dryer door is closed. If your dryer won’t start, or the door won’t open/close, you may need to replace the door strike. This part is made from metal and measures approximately 1 inch. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.

High temperature adhesive (cement)

The high temperature adhesive is used to create a heat resistant bond between felt seals and rubber gaskets on your appliance. This adhesive is made to withstand hot temperatures.
