Dishwasher heating element (heater)

The heating element is not designed to heat the water that enters it, but is designed to maintain the heat of the water that enters the dishwasher. It is located on the bottom of the dishwasher.

Seal

This part is the replacement door seal for your dishwasher. It is approximately 22 inches long and 2 inches wide. This door seal is made of gray plastic and is found at the bottom the dishwasher. The door seal is designed to seal the gap between the dishwasher tub and outer edge of the door. This helps to prevent leaks when your dishwasher is running. A leaking dishwasher is a good indication that the door seal is damaged. This seal is sold individually and is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Dishwasher dishrack roller (tub wheel)

This is a tub wheel assembly for your dishwasher. This assembly, complete with two rollers on a supporting bracket, supports the rack along the upper rail or track to allow the rack to slide smoothly. You may need to replace this if the rollers are broken or jammed. The part is gray in color and is made of plastic. You will need to remove your upper rack to install this replacement tub wheel assembly.

Seal

This seal is attached to the inner cabinet to reduce noise.

Drain hose

This part is used to drain water from your dishwasher.

Door spring (spring)

This dishwasher door spring is sold individually. It is recommended if you are replacing one side, to replace both.

Spray paint - 12 oz. - white (spray)

Spray paint is designed to help cover up any scratches or chips on your appliances. This spray pant is white in color and comes in a 12 oz aerosol can. Please make sure to clean the area that requires touch up to avoid any old paint or dirt getting into the fresh paint. When using the spray paint it is recommended to wear gloves and a protective mask. Make sure to shake the can well before using and to spray a few inches away from the surface for best results. Please wait until the paint is dried before using the appliance. This is a genuine OEM part.

NOTE: This part has been redesigned, it may appear different but will still function the same as the original.

Inlet fill hose (fill hose)

This fill hose is a genuine OEM replacement part for your dishwasher. The hose is made of black plastic, and is accordion-style, for ease of movement within your dishwasher. To replace the fill hose, you will need a 1/4 inch nut driver, Channellock pliers, and a Phillips screwdriver. Replacing this part will require some disassembly, such as removing the water inlet valve from the fill hose, and the clamps which secure the hose in place. Reuse your existing clamps when securing your new fill hose in place.

Thermal fuse (fuse)

This is a replacement thermal fuse for your dishwasher. The thermal fuse is sometimes known as the thermal cutoff. The thermal fuse shuts off the dishwasher if the dishwasher shorts out or overheats. If your dishwasher is cutting out during the cycle, or will not start, you may have an issue with your thermal fuse. If your dishwasher control panel does not light up, the first thing you should check is the fuse. Before you begin to repair this part, be sure to disconnect the dishwasher from the power source, as you will be working around electricity.
