The glass tray roller support is located underneath the glass tray to support and rotate the cooking tray to cook food evenly. If the glass tray is not turning it may be damaged and will need to be replaced. The wheels that are attached to the roller support, which can sometimes wear down and keep the tray from rotating. This part is white in color and measures approximately 8” in length. This is a genuine OEM part.
