This is a single fastener metal screw that has a multi use with your oven range. It is made from metal and sold individually. This is a genuine OEM part.
It is recommended that when you replace this door glass to also replace the heat reflector, which is sold separately.
This part acts like a safety thermostat on the appliance. Once it reaches a certain temperature it will shut off the heat source (element) to make sure the temperature doesn't go any higher.
