I moved into a home where the knob on my cooktop was missing the insert so it kept spinning around. I had little to go on in terms of model or serial number. I called EASY and they walked me through the process; I was directed to their site to look at pictures of what closely matched my product. The call center rep was able to determine what type of knob I needed and I ordered it. It was a bit pricey but well worth it! It matches the other knobs perfectly and works great! I would recommend EASY for appliance parts! 5 STARS!
