Well packaged. On time. Easy to follow instructions.
Easy to replace. Instructions to configure the control board are clear and concise.
The part arrived when it was scheduled to, it was the correct part and the instructions were easy to follow. Most importantly, it fixed the problem. Everything works as before.
The part came in on time. The install was very easy with the direction. We where back to business in just an hour with a few test runs
The instructions for installation and program are a little difficult to understand but after looking at the part and what I had to do to install it. it was not that bad. Job took less than 45 minutes to do.. Works great!!..
I installed the part didn't help so I called repairman. The control board was fine it was the pump that was bad. Expensive lesson on my part. The moral of the story if your not sure just call a professional. The rating is on me not the part.
