To tell the absolute truth I might not have needed the part. Because the temp sensor of a WFW8300SW00 is in the rear. Which means in my case, I had to push the washer out to remove the back access plate. The connection on the sensor was loose. I did replace it and it worked fine but I taped the connector on to make sure it didn't come off again. I'm writing tis for the benefit of others to always check to see if the connection is on tight. Mine of course is way in the back and I can only see it or get to it by moving the washer out of my small utility room. I'd take a picture but already pushed it back in place.
