It is a very easy repair. The wheels just sbap off the old rack and on the new. It is a 5 minutes job, and that includes taking the new oart out if the box.

The wheels were easy to remove from the old rack and put on the new rack. The big drawback is the rather large area at the back of the rack without any supports so dishes "fall" down and then intersect with the blades of the dishwasher. No accessories are available. Still, this is my second replacement rack for my dishwasher that has lasted more than 20 years!!

The dish rack arrived unassembled. Easy Appliance took NO responsibility for assembly instructions. They informed me I should contact Kenmore Service. They gave me a phone number to a department that tells you how to replace the motor of the dishwasher, baskets, etc. they had no information on replacement parts like the dish rack. Easy Appliance said they couldn’t help me as they just sell parts. Is that your idea of customer service?

The original rack had a corner cut out that hangs a smaller silverware rack. The picture of the product I ordered showed this original cutout. I specifically bought the lower dishwasher rack here, even though it cost more, because no one else showed that original corner cutout. The product I received didn't have that cutout, but it works (my original small silver ware holder just doesn't fit in the corner the way it used to). So the product is fine. It's just not exact the correct one (as was shown in the picture).
