The flat-style oven igniter is used to ignite the gas to light the oven burner in your range. If your oven is not heating, check the igniter to make sure it is glowing. If the igniter is glowing and your oven is not heating, your igniter is not strong enough to heat the oven and you will need to replace it. When replacing the igniter, be very careful not to touch the black element part of the igniter as it is very fragile. The part measures approximately 3.72-inch in length and the amperage range is 3.2 to 3.6. This is a genuine OEM part.

This is an oven bulb lens cover. It is made of glass and is approximately 3 inches in diameter. The lens cover protects the light bulb from being damaged. The main reason to replace the light lens cover is if it is cracked, damaged, or missing. Make sure the lens cover is cool to the touch before you begin this repair. To remove the lens cover, simply turn it counter clockwise until you can remove it. Replace it with a new cover and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. This igniter and orifice assembly is a legitimate OEM replacement part for your gas stove, and includes the igniter, orifice assembly, and gas tube. This part may need replacing if the igniter fails or the tube is leaking gas. It is a very easy repair. Remove the grates and burners from the range. Unscrew the existing assemblies and pry off the cooktop. Locate the assembly you are replacing and undo the nut holding it in place. Pull out the igniter wire by hand, and install the new one, replacing the rest of the parts in reverse order.
