Dryer thermal fuse

This thermal fuse is used in dryers as a safety mechanism that stops the flow of electricity to the motor circuit when a dryer overheats. This replacement part features two 3/16 inch terminals, and is sold individually. When this fuse is faulty, your dryer will not start or it will not heat properly. This is a one-time fuse, meaning it cannot be re-set. It must be replaced when there is no longer continuity between the terminals. It attaches to the blower wheel housing. Blown fuses can be caused by clogged dryer vents. We recommend checking to make sure all of the vents are clear when you perform this repair.

Dryer high limit thermostat

The three-terminal high-limit thermostat with a terminal extension arm acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. When the dryer temperature reaches 221 degrees Fahrenheit, the thermostat will shut off power to the heating element until it drops by 80 degrees Fahrenheit. If your dryer has no heat, takes too long to dry or the thermostat has shorted out, you will need to replace the thermostat. This is a genuine OEM part. Dryer door handle - white

Idler pulley assembly

The idler pulley wheel provides the tension for a multi-ribbed belt and helps the belt to rotate the drum. The drum will not spin if the idler pulley fails to put the correct amount of tension on the belt. The wheel is white in color and is made of plastic. If the drum will not tumble, is noisy, or will not start, you may need to replace this part. This idler pulley is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your dryer before you start your repair.

Drive motor with pulley

This drive motor operates the dryer by turning the drive belt which spins the drum and will fit most Whirlpool incorporated dryer brands before 1996. If the motor has shorted out, it will no longer turn the drum and will need to be replaced. The drive motor includes the pulley that is not available separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Drum support roller shaft - right side

Replace the shaft of your right side drum support roller with this part. This replacement shaft is 3-3/16 inches long, but does not require a washer or a nut.

This white female door catch is attached to the dryer door.

Spray paint - 12 oz. - white

Spray paint is designed to help cover up any scratches or chips on your appliances. This spray pant is white in color and comes in a 12 oz aerosol can. Please make sure to clean the area that requires touch up to avoid any old paint or dirt getting into the fresh paint. When using the spray paint it is recommended to wear gloves and a protective mask. Make sure to shake the can well before using and to spray a few inches away from the surface for best results.
