Rear drum bearing kit (drum rear bearing and post kit, with hardware)

This rear drum bearing kit comes with a shaft, bearing and installation instructions. The bearing plate comes with a slot in it for the ground strap. Over time the drum bearing will wear out, once it has the dryer may make some noise and the drum bearing will need to be replaced. This kit will help keep your dryer running as smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your appliance before starting your repair.

Drive belt (dryer drive belt. This is the most common GE/Hotpoint dryer belt. 87" long and 1/4" wide. 4 ridges.The drive belt dries out over time.)

This belt has a length of 87 inches, width of 1/4”, flat, with 4 ridges.

Idler pulley wheel (dryer idler pulley wheel. If the pulley wheel is worn down, it may cause the dryer to be excessively noisy.)

The idler pulley helps maintain the proper amount of tension on the drive belt to turn the drum. The idler pulley is located between the motor pulley and drum to provide tension on the belt. If the part has become worn, it could cause the dryer to be noisy or squeaky, and the pulley will need to be replaced. This part is yellow in color, made of plastic, and measures approximately 2 1/2” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting the repair.

M series ignition coil kit (dryer gas valve solenoid coil kit. The kit includes both 2 and 3 wire coils. If the dryer does not heat or heats intermittently the gas valve coils ma)

The gas dryer ignition coil set comes with two ignition coils: one three-terminal boost/hold coil, and one two-terminal secondary coil. If it takes too long to dry or there is no heat, the coils may be bad and will need to be replaced. When the coils go bad they will not hold the gas valve open properly. Usually only one of them burns out but you should replace them as a set. Both must be operational for the gas valve to open. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your dryer before starting the repair.

Door latch (dryer door catch kit)

This part helps to keep the door closed while the machine is running.

Rear drum bearing (rear dryer drum bearing. Be sure to enter your model number to ensure that you have the right bearing for your model.)

This part is the rear dryer drum bearing only. This part helps keep your dryer running smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible.

Front drum slide kit (front drum supports/glides (2), with hardware)

This front drum slide kit comes with two slides with the apppropriate mounting hardware.

Igniter (gas dryer igniter assembly with bracket and wire harness. If the dryer does not heat then the igniter may have burned out. The burned spot is normally)

NOTE: Be very careful to not handle the igniter by its gray part as it's very fragile. Hold it by its white tip only.

Adjustable leveling screw (leveling leg, adjustable)

The adjustable leveling screws on the bottom of your dryer can be screwed in or out to lower or raise the leg level. If one of the leveling screws is stripped, damaged, or missing, you may not be able to create a level base for your dryer. The leveling screw has a hexagon-shaped gray plastic foot, with a screw that is approximately 1 inch in length. To replace a damaged screw, simply turn the old screw to the left, until it can be removed. Then, simply screw the new leveling screw into place on the bottom of the dryer, making sure it is the same height as the other 3 leveling screws.

Drive motor

Replaces "T" and "V" style motors. Includes two motor pulleys. If you have an older model dryer, the pulley may be pressed on or held on with a set screw. If pulley is pressed on, a new motor pulley must be ordered.

Blower wheel (blower wheel for dryer)

This wheel attaches to the motor.

Heat detector (flame sensor assembly for gas dryer)

Also known as Flame Sensor/Detector.
