Refrigerator door switch (refrigerator door or freezer drawer switch)

The light switch lights up the interior cabinet of the refrigerator or freezer when the door is opened. If you open the door and the light won’t come on, or the light is always on, you may need to replace the light switch. The switch is white in color and measures approximately 2 1/2”. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting the repair.

Door shelf bin - white/clear (basket assembly,door)

This bin is white in color with a clear front insert.

Crisper drawer cover - glass not included (crisper cover)

This plastic cover is a genuine OEM replacement part for your refrigerator. This part serves as the frame the glass shelf above your refrigerator crisper. To replace this part, remove the glass shelf and existing plastic frame. Snap the new one into place and replace the shelf. This repair has been rated as easy by our customers.

Glass is NOT included. NOTE:As per the manufacture the original support will not work with the updated crisper cover. A new support will need to be ordered.

Defrost thermostat (control assy, defrost)

This part is a temperature sensing devise. It senses the rise in evaporator temperature during a defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all frost is melted. It is calibrated to permit a defrost cycle only when the temperature is below a preset temperature.
