The refrigerator light switch turns the interior light off and on when you open or close the refrigerator door. The light switch also prevents the front dispenser from working if the refrigerator door is opened. If the switch has shorted out or the light bulb is not turning on when the door is open, you may need to replace the switch. This switch is white in color and measures approximately 1 1/2” L x 1 1/4” W. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting the repair.

For a dryer, this switch will let the dryer know if the belt breaks and shut power off to the dryer. This is the replacement rotary start switch for your dryer. It is silver and black in color, with a white D-shaped shaft. The rotary start switch is found inside the dryer control panel, and when actuated, it starts the dryer. Over time, the contacts inside the switch can short out, and when this happens, the dryer will not start. As you will be working around electricity, be sure to disconnect the dryer from the power source before you begin this repair.
