Refrigerator ice maker assembly (mold-body assy w/htr)

The ice maker assembly is used to produce ice for your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold in to the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. This kit includes the fill cup, 4 pin wire harness adapter and tube. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.

Replacement ice maker (motor assembly)

This ice maker is the replacement heat-release unit only. This kit comes with four round female connectors at the end of the wire harness. It also comes with the adaptor that converts the harness to three round female and one round male connectors. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair.

Light bulb

This 40-watt light bulb has a standard screw-in base and is used in many different appliances. If your current bulb is burnt out or broken you will need to replace it. This light bulb is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Fresh food door gasket (gasket-refrigerator)

This is a genuine OEM door gasket, which works with refrigerators.

Door shelf retainer bar end cap - left side (support, rack, lh (4))

Hexagonal screw (screw, hinge mtg (4))

Sold individually.

Door shelf retainer bar end cap - right side (support, rack, rh (4))

This white end cap is designed for the right side of your refrigerator door shelf retainer bar.

Drive gear (gear)

This icemaker drive gear works in conjunction with the ejector blades. The gear helps rotate the ejector arm to push the ice from the ice maker in to the ice bin. If your ice maker is not dispensing ice you may need to replace this part. The gear is little over an inch in diameter, white, and made of plastic. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

Refrigerator glass shelf (insert, crisper cover)

Also known as the Pan Cover Insert.

Door hinge pin bearing (bearing, hinge (8))

This white hinge pin bearing pivots the freezer and refrigerator door.

Crisper pan (pan (2))

Pan only. The front, or the handle part, is sold separately.

Filter - drier (drier, filter)

Refrigerant system filter/dryer.

Ice stripper (stripper ice)

This part strips ice from the icemaker mold during the ejection cycle to prevent ice from falling back into the mold. Once removed from the mold, the ice is then deposited into the ice bucket, ready to be dispensed. If your ice maker is not making any ice you may need to replace this part. The ice stripper is white in color and is approximately 9-inch long. It is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect power to your refrigerator before starting your repair.

Compressor start relay (relay)

The compressor start relay attaches to the compressor to help start the compressor motor and then shuts off as soon as the motor gets up to speed. The relay is black in color and measures approximately 1”. If your refrigerator is not running you may need to replace the relay. You can use a multimeter to check the continuity. The overload is not included with the start relay. The overload must be ordered separately. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM compressor start relay.

Cold control thermostat (control, temperature)

This cold control thermostat cycles on and off regularly to maintain a cold temperature in your refrigerator.
