Washing machine drain pump (pump motor)

This drain pump motor helps expel water from the washing machine and is activated after the spin speed is maintained for a specific period. If your washer will not drain, is noisy, leaking, or pumps but will not spin, you may need to replace the drain pump motor. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to shut off the water supply and disconnect the power to the washer before starting your repair. Note: Pump casing is not included.

Bearing,ball (tub bearing)

The tub bearing supports the spin basket shaft at the back of the washing tub. If your washing machine will not spin, is leaking water, or if there is a loud screeching noise during the wash cycle, there could be an issue with the tub bearing. This genuine OEM replacement bearing has a 3-inch outer diameter, and is used to help the tub spin smoothly and to stop the washing machine from shaking during the cycle. NOTE: This part is very difficult to install. The manufacturer recommends replacing the complete rear tub and bearing assembly at the same time.

Rear tub gasket (seal)

The rear tub gasket is located between the drive shaft and the rear outer tub to form a watertight seal to prevent water from leaking. It is recommended to replace the two bearings at the same time as replacing the tub gasket. The gasket is black in color and measures approximately 3” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power and water supply to the washer before starting your repair.

Washer tub bearing, rear (bearing)

This tub bearing is for washers. Tub bearing supports the spin basket shaft at the tub. Unplug the washer and shut off the water supply before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Gasket (seal)

The outer tub gasket is used to create a seal between the front and rear outer tub to prevent water leaking. The tub gasket is located between the front outer tub and the rear outer tub. If your washer starts leaking from between the outer and rear tub, the tub gasket could be worn out or damaged and will need to be replaced. This part is black in color and made of rubber. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and water supply to the washer before starting the repair.

Door gasket

Also known as a door boot seal or bellow and comes with a drain hole. Door boot 4986ER0004F is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part that fits some front-load washers in these series: Kenmore and Kenmore Elite 796; and LG WM and CW. Door boot 4986ER0004F forms a seal between the wash tub and the door, preventing leaks. This door boot includes a drain port; if your 27-inch LG front-load washer was made before September 2007, use door boot 4986ER0004B instead, because those washers don't have a drain port.

Spider

This part is called a spider, spinner support or rear drum support for your washer. It is triangular, with three arms, and it is made of metal. The washer spinner supports and spins the tub while the washer is running. If you notice that your washer shakes or moves during operation, or if it is excessively noisy, you may need to replace the spider. This part is sold individually and is an authentic OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Door lock assembly (switch)

Detergent dispenser (box)

The blue plastic detergent dispenser holds the detergent and then dispenses it into the washer during the wash cycle. If the detergent dispenser is broken, lost, or if the detergent is not dispensed during the wash cycle, you may need to replace it. The dispenser is approximately 4-inches wide, 4.5-inches long, 2-inches tall and is a genuine OEM part.

Sensor assembly

The motor rotor position sensor monitors the direction and speed of the spinning rotor and communicates this information to the electronic control board. If your washer is displaying an LE error code on your control display, the sensor has failed and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. Please remember to disconnect the power to your washer before starting your repair.

Tub-to-pump drain hose (tub-to-pump hose)

This hose has bellows to allow for flexibility during the wash and spin cycles.

Rotor assembly

This rotor assembly is a manufacturer-approved replacement part for your washing machine. The rotor is an important part to rotate the tub during the wash cycle. It can need replacing if the magnets or splines become damaged. Unplug the washer before beginning this repair. To complete this repair, you will need a Phillips screwdriver, a 17mm socket wrench, and thread-locking fluid.

Shock absorber kit (shock assembly)

This kit includes 1 shock absorber and 2 mounting pins.

Washer hose with bellows (bellows)

This washer hose with bellows, also known as a dispenser hose, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your washer. Replacing this part can be helpful if your washer is leaking. The dispenser hose connects the dispenser assembly to the tub. Before beginning the repair, unplug the washer and turn off the water supply. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver to complete this repair; a clamp tool can also be helpful. Remove the screws holding the lid of the washer in place, and take off the lid. Locate the dispenser hose and remove its clamps. Place the clamps on the new hose, using the arrows for a guide in positioning the clamps. Install the new hose and reassemble all other parts.

Locking pin (hinge)

The locking pin is used to hold the shock absorber on the washer. There is a pin used at the bottom and top of the shock absorber. Sold individually.
