Rear drum bearing kit (shaft,drum support,ballhitch)

This rear drum bearing kit includes one bearing, one ball shaft, one ball bearing, one ball bearing retainer, a small tube of high temperature lubricant, and installation screws. The support bearing helps support the dryer drum to rotate quietly and smoothly during operation. The bearing attaches on the inside of the rear panel of the dryer cabinet. Over time the drum bearing will wear out. This kit will help keep your dryer running as smoothly as possible with as little noise as possible. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair.

Upper drum glide (front upper felt glide pad. Includes nylon glides, adhesive, and installation instructions. These drum glides help to support the front of the dryer d)

The upper drum felt glide kit helps to support the front drum as it rotates smoothly and quietly while operating. This kit includes three glides with the adhesive. If your dryer won’t tumble or is noisy, the glide could be worn down causing you to hear a metal on metal noise and will need to be replaced. The drum glide is a genuine OEM part and sold individually. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.

Drum support bearing (rear bearing support for dryer drum.)

The rear drum support bearing helps support the dryer drum to rotate quietly and smoothly during operation. The bearing attaches on the inside of the rear panel of the dryer cabinet. If your dryer is making unusual noises or will not tumble, you may need to replace this part. It is white in color and made of plastic. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your dryer before starting the repair.

Dryer lint screen (dryer lint trap. Proper air flow is critical to dryer operation so the filter should be cleaned before every load. Replace the filter if it has any te)

This dryer lint screen is for laundry centers. Dryer lint screen captures lint and debris from the exhaust air flowing from the dryer. Follow the instructions in the owner's manual when installing this part.

Door catch (upper door catch)

The door catch helps keep the door closed while the machine is running. If your dryer will not start or the door will not close, you may need to replace the door catch. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to your dryer before you start the repair.

Door strike (strike, dryer door)

The door strike works in conjunction with the dryer door. The male piece of the door strike is the piece that activates the door switch once the dryer door is closed. If your dryer won’t start, or the door won’t open/close, you may need to replace the door strike. This part is made from metal and measures approximately 1 inch. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting your repair.
