The water fill valve kit attaches the water lines on the back of your washer. The attaching solenoids on the valve open and close according to the desired temperature, or amount of water needed. This kit includes a blue body fill valve, a mounting bracket and a screw. The valve body of this part could be blue or green in color. There are two ports for water to enter, and this valve is compatible with a half inch ID hose. It has two 3/4-11x1/2 NHT hose threads. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and the water supply before starting your repair.

Bought this to replace the original plastic water fill valve. I still had the original rubber hoses attached to the washer which I decided to upgrade to steel hoses. I don't know if I cross threaded the valve when attaching the new hoses or if it already was. Bottom line, it leaked. I replaced the valve with the steel hoses works great no problems.
