This E-line assembly comes with a felt strip and insulators already attached. Heating elements are strung with a coiled wire made of a nickel and a chrome alloy. This wire receives, but resists, a controlled electric current and as a result, the wire heats up. The heat produced is used to dry the clothes in your dryer. If your dryer has little or no heat you may need to replace the heating element. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to shut off the power to the dryer before starting the repair.

My clothes are dry now

The part fix the dryer but I did have to move the element in order for it to fit. It was off about 45 degrees and had to be moved to allow the cables to plug in.
