Refrigerator door switch (refrigerator door or freezer drawer switch)

The light switch lights up the interior cabinet of the refrigerator or freezer when the door is opened. If you open the door and the light won’t come on, or the light is always on, you may need to replace the light switch. The switch is white in color and measures approximately 2 1/2”. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting the repair.

Ice maker assembly (refrigerator icemaker assembly. If the icemaker is not making ice, make sure the freezer is cold enough to cycle the icemaker (zero degrees fahrenheit)

The wire harness is NOT available separately. Refrigerator ice maker kit AEQ36756901 is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part that fits some refrigerators in these series: Kenmore 795; Kenmore Elite 795; and LG LFX, LMX and LSC. Ice maker AEQ36756901 receives water from the water inlet, holds the water in the ice mold until the water freezes solid and then automatically ejects the ice and refills to continue the process until the ice storage in is full. This ice maker kit contains the complete ice maker, housing and control device.

This ice bin is for refrigerators. Ice bin stores ice cubes in the freezer section of the refrigerator. Follow the instructions in the owner's manual when installing this part.

Lamp cover (lightbulb lens cover, clear plastic.)

This lamp cover is also commonly referred to as a light lens. This is a genuine replacement part. It is used in a refrigerator to cover the light bulb. It is made of clear plastic. It measures 14 inches by 5 1/2 inches. This does not include the white plastic housing that the light is in, this is just the cover. To install your replacement part you simply snap it into place, no tools are required.

This part is a replacement light socket for your refrigerator. This model is white in color, and it has two sockets that will fit two separate light bulbs. The light socket connects to the power source, and the light bulb is screwed into it. If the light in your refrigerator is not working when you open the door, you could have a faulty socket. It is important to determine if the light bulbs are simply burned out, or if the socket is causing the issue. Be sure to disconnect your refrigerator from the power source before you begin this repair. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.
