Refrigerator door switch

The light switch lights up the interior cabinet of the refrigerator or freezer when the door is opened. If you open the door and the light won’t come on, or the light is always on, you may need to replace the light switch. The switch is white in color and measures approximately 2 1/2”. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting the repair.

Dual element with limiter (element,dual ,6"/9" ,surface ,1000w/2500w,radiant)

Dual Element with Limiter -9 Inch /6 Inch - 1300W 1200W. With this element, you can adjust the size of the burner you want to use to match your pots/pans.

Radiant element with limiter - 1200w (range surface element)

The 6” radiant cooking element with limiter fits under the glass cooktop and supplies heat to the cooking area. If your element is not heating, you can test the element for continuity with a multimeter. If the element doesn’t have continuity you will need to replace the element. If it doesn’t have continuity it is suggested to check the element switch because it could be defective and need to be replaced. This element is 1200 watts and is a genuine OEM part. The manufacturer suggests making sure the cooking element is cooled before starting the repair. Please remember to disconnect the power to the appliance before starting the repair.

Main terminal block kit (block)

This terminal block kit (also called terminal boards or strips) provides a convenient means of connecting individual electrical wires. This kit includes mounting screws and hex nuts and can be used with dryers and ranges. This kit allows you to attach the power cord to the inner wiring of your appliance. If the terminal block is faulty, your appliance will not get the power it needs to operate properly. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair.

Element (surface element)

Bush

The hinge bushing is used in conjunction with the opening and closing of the refrigerator/freezer door. The hinge bushing attaches to the inside of the door panel and provides the door hinge pin a smooth surface to pivot on. This part is white in color, made of plastic and measures 1”. This part is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Surface burner switch - 8 inch (switch,surface element ,large)

This switch controls the large surface burner. As per manufacture the original screws will damage new switch. New screws are needed.

Refrigerator ice maker assembly (refrigerator ice maker kit. If the icemaker is not working make sure the freezer temperature is around zero degrees fahrenheit. If so, the icemaker or)

This ice maker assembly is for refrigerators. Ice maker assembly contains the complete ice maker and housing. The assembly may include multiple parts; refer to your parts diagram for a complete list of parts included. Safely store any food that could deteriorate while the power is off and unplug the refrigerator when installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Decor assembly, tray (decor, cover)

Evaporator fan motor

This 13-volt evaporator fan motor helps circulate air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will then convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated from the freezer section to the fresh food section. If the fresh food section is too warm or the motor has failed, you will need to replace the evaporator fan motor. It is suggested to replace the thermistor when replacing the evaporator fan. The fan motor is in the freezer section of the refrigerator, and includes the harness and plug. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

Screw (screw,switch mtg. ,8-32 x 0.188)

This is an authentic mounting screw, which works with ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and warming drawers.

Compressor (refrigerator compressor assembly set)

This part must be installed by a licensed and trained LG technician that is able to perform a software update, which is required for the installation of this compressor. Part number CJT30000002 is needed to perform the update. Also, the three pins on the side of the new compressor may be oriented differently than the original. If different, when installing the new compressor the compressor electrical connector must be rotated 45 degrees counter-clockwise.
