Evaporator fan motor

This 13-volt evaporator fan motor helps circulate air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will then convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated from the freezer section to the fresh food section. If the fresh food section is too warm or the motor has failed, you will need to replace the evaporator fan motor. It is suggested to replace the thermistor when replacing the evaporator fan. The fan motor is in the freezer section of the refrigerator, and includes the harness and plug. Please remember to disconnect the power to the refrigerator before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM part.

Broiler pan grate insert (insert,broiler pan)

The broiler pan and insert allows you to cook on a stable surface while allowing the liquid to drain into the pan below, making clean-up easier. This is a genuine OEM part.

Compressor (compressor,set assembly)

This part must be installed by a licensed and trained LG technician that is able to perform a software update, which is required for the installation of this compressor. Part number CJT30000002 is needed to perform the update. Also, the three pins on the side of the new compressor may be oriented differently than the original. If different, when installing the new compressor the compressor electrical connector must be rotated 45 degrees counter-clockwise.

Switch (range switch)

The door interlock switch, also known as a micro switch, works in conjunction with your microwave operation. The switch will prohibit the microwave from starting when the microwave door is open. If your microwave won’t turn on or there is no heat, you may need to replace the switch. This part is a little over an inch long, black in color with a red dot and is sold individually. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair.

Turntable roller guide (microwave turntable support)

This support roller sits underneath the glass turntable tray and supports the tray as it rotates. With the help of the motor, this roller helps to rotate the glass tray. If your microwave tray is not turning, you could have a broken or damaged rotating ring and it will need to be replaced. This support roller has a round piece in the middle, approximately 2 inches in diameter, and 3 arms which are approximately 4 inches in length each. This is a genuine OEM part.

Door open lever (microwave door release lever)

The door open lever is used to release the door latch when the door release button is pushed. If your microwave door is stuck or won’t open, you may need to replace the lever. This part is black in color, made of plastic and measures 4.5” L x 1.25” W x 1” H. The door open lever is a genuine OEM part.

This part has been replaced by the manufacture. It may differ in appearance but will still function the same.
