Grease filter

This grease filter is a manufacturer-approved replacement part for your microwave. This filter is roughly 7.75 X 15 inches. The grease filter helps contain grease and food particles that result from heating food. It can become clogged over time and need replacing. This is an easy repair.

Stirrer fan cover

This stirrer fan cover is a genuine replacement part. This piece of plastic covers the stirrer fan and motor. It prevents dirt and grease from getting into the wave guide and damaging your appliance. Please note that you should not use your microwave without this part, it helps protect it from sparking.

If the turntable on your microwave does not rotate, or you can hear a grinding noise, the problem may be with the motor. The motor is typically located below the floor of the oven, and is accessed through the bottom. The motor is normally held in place with a retaining screw and will have two wires attached to it as well. If the motor is making a grinding noise it will need to be replaced. If the motor does not turn, you can check for voltage or continuity with a multi-meter. Make sure the power is disconnected from your microwave before beginning this repair.
