The motor cushion is used to reduce vibration noises when the motor is running in the air conditioner. If the motor cushion is torn or damaged and you are getting noise from the fan motor, you may need to replace it. The motor cushion is black in color, is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer, and is sold individually. Please remember to disconnect the power to the air conditioner before starting your repair.
