Drum baffle

This is the replacement drum baffle for your dryer. It is made of black plastic and is approximately 14 inches by 4 inches. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The drum baffle is found inside the dryer drum, and it helps tumble your clothes. If the baffle is damaged or missing, you may notice marks being left on your clothes. The main reason you would replace the baffle is if you notice these marks, if the baffle is broken, or keeps falling off.

Door hinge (dryer door hinge)

Screws NOT included.

Idler spring arm (idler arm)

This part, along with the idler pulley wheel, helps the belt to rotate the drum.

Term block cover (term. Block cover)

Safety thermostat (high-limit thermostat, l210-30. Note: Watch the part testing video to determine if thermostat is defective.)

This is considered a high limit thermostat. Rating - L210 This thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element.

Bearing retainer (bearing retainer plate with slot for ground strap)

There is a slot in it for a ground strap.

Diffuser (heat deflector plate at rear of dryer drum)

Also known as Drum Mounting Hub.

Socket assembly (light socket assembly)

Screw - #10 (screw, #10)

Top bearing (dryer upper drum bearing without slides. If the dryer is noisy or squeaking then the slides are likely worn and both slides and this bearing will need)

Screws - 12 per package (screws, package of 12)

Size - 8-18 ab

Control thermistor (thermistor, outlet control)

This part controls the temperature of the inside of the dryer drum and prevents the dryer from overheating. This part is located in the blower housing.
