Helix

This helix is a genuine OEM replacement part for the ice dispenser in your refrigerator/freezer. The helix helps dispense ice. To replace this part, remove the ice bin and let it warm up. Remove the front cover and auger nut to access the helix. Replace the parts in reverse order.

Module shelf ff (door shelf bin)

Refrigerator door closing cam (hinge cam closure ff)

This part is the replacement door closing cam for your refrigerator. It is black in color and is approximately 2 inches by 1 ½ inches in size. The door closing cam raises the door to keep it from touching the refrigerator lining, and helps with the door opening and closing. If your door won’t open or close, or the door assist isn’t working, it could be an indication that you need to replace the door closing cam. You will also want to replace the door closing cam if it is cracked, broken, or missing. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Refrigerator water filter head (water filter assembly and tube)

The water filter head holds the water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter.

Overload switch (overload)

This part helps protect the motor from overheating.

COVER ACCESS Assembly

Ice deflector - white (deflector door, ice bucket)

This ice deflector, or ice bucket baffle, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your refrigerator/freezer. The deflector works with the ice bucket assembly to produce crushed ice. To complete this repair, you will need a Phillips screwdriver, flat blade screwdriver, and a pair of pliers.

Defrost thermostat (high limit thermostat for defrost heater. *closed for continuity at room temperature.)

This is a temperature sensing mechanism. It can sense the rise in evaporator temperature during a defrost cycle and cycles the defrost heater off after all frost is melted from the coils.
