Crisper drawer (pan frame as)

Light socket

This part is a replacement light socket for your refrigerator. It connects to the power source, and holds the light bulb. If the light in your refrigerator is not working, you could have a faulty socket. It is important to determine if the light bulb is simply burned out, or if the socket is causing the issue. Be sure to disconnect your refrigerator from the power source before you begin this repair. This socket is black in color and is sold individually. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Evaporator fan grommet - grey (grommet for an evaporator fan)

This is a replacement evaporator fan grommet for your refrigerator. The fan grommet absorbs the vibration from the evaporator fan motor for quiet operation while it runs. If your evaporator fan is unusually noisy, it could be because the grommet is damaged. This grommet is made of grey plastic and is approximately one inch in diameter. To access the fan grommet and complete this repair, you will need to remove the evaporator fan motor assembly. This part is sold individually.

Refrigerator water filter head and tubing (filter housing and tube assembly)

The water filter head and tubing holds the water filter and comes with the water lines.

Mwf bypass (cap, water filter bypass)

This part is a replacement filter bypass cap for your refrigerator. If you intend to use an external water filtration system for your refrigerator, the bypass cap will allow you to do so. To use a filter bypass cap, simply screw it in where you would normally screw in the regular water filter. If you have a bypass system installed and your ice maker doesn’t make ice, your water dispenser doesn’t make water, or if there is water dripping inside your refrigerator, you may need to replace the bypass filter cap. This part is made of white plastic and is sold individually.

Humidity control - white (humidity control, white)

This part regulates the humidity of your crisper bins. It does so by opening and closing vents on the bin. If your humidity control is broken or missing, you will need to replace it. This is a genuine OEM part from GE and is sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Ice dispenser solenoid service kit (ice crusher solenoid plunger)

This kit includes 1 cube solenoid, 1 armature, 2 tooth washers and 2 1/4 hex head screws.

Micro switch

This is the replacement micro switch, or dispenser switch for your refrigerator. It is gray in color and measures approximately 1 inch by half an inch. The dispenser switch is what tells your refrigerator that it is ok to dispense ice or water. If your refrigerator is not dispensing ice or water, you may have a faulty or damaged switch. Be sure to disconnect the power to your refrigerator before you begin this repair. This switch is sold individually and is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Grommet / tube assembly (icemaker fill tube assembly)

This is a replacement fill tube and grommet assembly for your refrigerator. This part acts your water line to your ice maker. If you’re noticing water in the back of the refrigerator or any kind of leak, or if your ice bucket isn’t filling up with as much ice, you may need to change out the fill tube and grommet assembly. When you purchase this part, you get the water line, as well as the fill tube and grommet. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Housing crusher dispenser (housing crusher disp)

Crisper drawer (top pan assembly)

This is the replacement crisper drawer for your refrigerator. It is made of clear and white plastic and is approximately 16 inches long and 18 inches wide. The crisper drawer slides into the bottom of the refrigerator shelf and is used to store meat and other food items. The main reason to replace the crisper drawer is if yours is cracked, damaged, or missing. To replace the crisper drawer, simply slide the old pan out, and slide the new one into place. Torsion-fit spring (return spring for dispenser funnel)

This part is the replacement torsion-fit spring for your refrigerator. It is made of metal and is sold individually. The torsion-fit spring provides tension to return the ice funnel back to its normal position after it dispenses ice. If your refrigerator is not dispensing ice or water properly, you may need to replace the torsion-fit spring. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Plastic tubing - 5/16 inch (plastic water line, 5/16")

This part is the replacement water line for your refrigerator. It is a long plastic tube, which is 5/16 of an inch in diameter. If your refrigerator is leaking, or will not dispense water or ice, you may have a damaged water line. When you replace the water line, you may want to pick up a new water tube union as well. You can use a utility knife to cut the old water line where it is damaged, and use the union to attach the new water line to the old one. This tubing is sold individually and is an OEM part.
