Water inlet valve - hot (washer hot water inlet valve. Standard hose fitting inlet, 1 water outlet. The water inlet valve opens to allow water to enter the washing machine.)

The hot water inlet valve is located on the back of the washer and it helps control the amount of water that enters into the washer. The valve has a standard hose fitting inlet, 1 water outlet, 120 volts and 6 watts. If the washer is filling slowly or not at all, the solenoid may have gone bad and you will need to replace the inlet valve. The valve measures approximately 3” L x 2 3/4” W. Please remember to disconnect the water and power to the washer before starting the repair. This is a genuine OEM hot water inlet valve.

Rear tub gasket (washing machine tub seal. If the washing machine is leaking water from above the transmission, this seal is likely damaged or worn out.)

The rear tub gasket is located between the drive shaft and the rear outer tub to form a watertight seal to prevent water from leaking. It is recommended to replace the two bearings at the same time as replacing the tub gasket. The gasket is black in color and measures approximately 3” in diameter. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure you disconnect the power and water supply to the washer before starting your repair.

Gasket (washing machine tub seal. Located between the front outer tub and rear outer tub.)

The outer tub gasket is used to create a seal between the front and rear outer tub to prevent water leaking. The tub gasket is located between the front outer tub and the rear outer tub. If your washer starts leaking from between the outer and rear tub, the tub gasket could be worn out or damaged and will need to be replaced. This part is black in color and made of rubber. Pump filter (washing machine filter and trap assembly.)

This replacement pump filter, also known as a filter assembly, is a genuine OEM part for your washer or washer/dryer combo. Before beginning this repair, turn off the power and water supply to your washer. The filter assembly may need to be replaced because it is broken or is leaking water. To locate the filter assembly, pry open the small door on the front of the washer, using a flat-blade screwdriver. Unplug the drain hose next to the filter and drain the water into a bucket. Then unscrew the pump filter, and replace with your new one.
