Ice maker (icemaker asm)

This ice maker assembly is used to make ice in your refrigerator. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold into the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. This kit includes the fill cup, 4-pin wire harness adapter, and a tube. Disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.

Single outlet valve kit (water valve with guard)

When energized, the water inlet valve will release water from the supply line into the ice mold and the water dispenser in the refrigerator. If the ice maker is not making/dispensing ice, not dispensing water, or leaking, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is in the back section of your refrigerator and will need to be pulled out from the wall and make sure to disconnect both the water and power supply before starting your repair. As per the manufacturer, this valve has a new quick connection. You must cut the retaining nut off your current plastic water line, and gently push it into the new valve.

Ice bucket - white (bucket ice (kits))

The ice container is used to store the ice cubes that have been released from the ice maker in the freezer section until ready to be used. If the container becomes cracked or lost, you will need to replace the container. The container is white in color, made of plastic and measures approximately 12”L x 10”W. This is a genuine OEM part.

The fill tube clamp works in conjunction with the fill tube to help support and secure the water tube in the refrigerator. If the tube becomes loose the clamp may be lost or damaged which can cause water to leak and will need to be replaced. This part is made of metal and is sold individually. This is a genuine OEM part.

Fresh food door gasket - white (gasket ass'y door ff)

This white fresh food door gasket is used to seal the refrigerator door when closed to keep the cool air inside and the room air out.

Freezer door gasket - white (gasket ass'y door fz)

This white door gasket is used to make an air-tight seal for the cabinet when the door is closed.
