Bake element - push on terminals - 240v (bake element)

The bake element provides heat for baking and is located on the bottom of the oven. This part measures approximately 20-inch in length, 18-inch wide and is made of metal. If your bake element has shorted out, has arcing, makes the oven too hot, is not heating properly or has little to no heat, you may need to replace it. You can use a multi meter to test the bake element for electrical continuity to see if you need to replace it. Please remember to disconnect the power before starting your repair. This is a genuine OEM bake element.

Burner bowl - 8 inch (8 inch black porcelain b)

This part is located beneath the element and catches any spills.

Surface burner switch - 8 inch - 2500w (inf sw control (2500w))

The 8-inch surface element switch is also known as an infinite heat switch, and is a part for your range. It controls the large surface element. It will turn the element on and off, and allow you to change the heat intensity. The knob to adjust the heat setting mounts on the shaft of this swtich. The burner knob is sold separately. If your large surface element will not turn on, or you cannot adjust the heat intensity, you may have a broken or damaged surface burner switch. Be sure you disconnect your range from the power source before you begin this repair.

Temperature sensor (sensor asm)

The temperature sensor detects the temperature within the oven cavity. If your oven is too hot, not heating evenly, or has little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the temperature sensor. The sensor is usually located in the back of the oven. This is a genuine OEM part. Please make sure to disconnect the power to your range before starting your repair.

Rear support

This rear drawer support comes with the installation screw. This part has been redesigned. The new support inserts towards the rear of the drawer as opposed to the side.

Light bulb - 40w (40a15)

This 40-Watt light bulb is sold individually and is a genuine OEM replacement option for your home appliances. It is specially designed to withstand extreme temperatures, so this bulb is compatible with a variety of appliance types including refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, and dryers. It features a frosted glass bulb with a standard metal socket base, which allows you to easily unscrew the burnt-out light and twist the new bulb into place. Depending on your appliance, there may be a guard or cover protecting the lightbulb, in which case you may require additional tools to remove the cover. We recommend disconnecting the power supply to your appliance before changing the lightbulb.

Oven rack (rack oven)

This is an authentic GE oven rack, sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is made of metal, and provides a stable surface for cookware inside the oven. If your current oven rack is damaged or missing, simply lift it up gently to slide it out. Insert the new rack, ensuring it is level.

This part is also known as the "brains" of the appliance. ***NOTE: The wiring could be different than the original control. This part may need to be installed by an appliance repair person.

Screw (screw 8-18 ab hxw 3/8)

Range oven door gasket (gasket oven)

The oven door gasket creates a seal between the oven door and the opening of the oven to prevent heat from escaping when the oven is closed.

Receptacle push-in (receptacle push-in)

This part is the replacement light socket for your oven. The oven light socket provides power to the light, and at the same time holds the light bulb in place.
