Speed control lever (lever-spd)

The speed control lever on your stand mixer allows you to adjust the speed that the mixer is running at. The lever is approximately 3.5 inches long, with a black plastic handle at the top. The speed control lever connects to the interior of your stand mixer, so you will have to take it apart to access the bar that the lever is attached to. Once you’ve opened the mixer, you can unscrew the old lever, taking care not to misplace the screw or washer that holds it in place. Replace the old lever with the new one, and then put the mixer back together.

Screw cap

Use with stand mixers. Screws are not included. Cap only.

Cap hub chrome (cap-hub)

This cap hub is a genuine OEM replacement part for your KitchenAid mixer. The cap hub is a small part at the top of your mixer which you remove when adding an attachment such as the pastamaker. To replace this part, simply unscrew the knob to the right of the cap, and remove and replace the cap.

Stand mixer bowl pouring shield (pouring shield)

This clear pouring shield is eleven and a half inches long. Use it for your food processor.

Dough hook (hook-dough)

This is a powder coated dough hook used on stand mixers.

Agitator shaft (agitator shaft assembly)

This part is used to attach your mixing utensils. Spring is no longer needed.

Mixer bowl - stainless (bowl-mixer)

This part is the replacement bowl for your stand mixer. It is made of stainless steel, and the bowl is approximately 11 inches in diameter. The bowl is where you put items to be mixed. The main reason to replace the bowl is if the old one is damaged or missing. To replace the bowl, simply remove the old one and replace it with the new bowl. This part is sold individually and is an OEM part.
