Door balance link kit (dishwasher door hinge cable and roller kit. Replaces right and left side.)

The door balance kit helps support the weight of the dishwasher door while it opens and closes. If the spring to the door is damaged/broken or the door is not opening and closing properly you will need to replace this part. This door kit includes 2 door balance links and 2 door balance mounts with wheels for the left and right side of the door. This is a genuine OEM part.

Rack track stop (rear stop clip for upper dishwasher dishrack. The stop clip prevents the dishrack from sliding all the way out of the dishwasher.)

This gray rack track stop is used for your upper dish rack track to prevent the rack from sliding off the slide rail. If your rack is falling off the track, you may need to replace the track stop. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Mounting bracket (dishwasher upper mounting bracket. Screws sold seprately. Please see related items below.)

The mounting bracket is used to attach the dishwasher to the underside of the counter. The mounting bracket holds the dishwasher in place to keep it from moving during cycles and to keep the dishwasher level. The bracket is made of metal and is approximately 3” in length. The screws are not included with the bracket, they must be ordered separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power and the water supply to the dishwasher before starting the repair.

Tine pivot (dishwasher tine pivot clip.)

This tine pivot clip helps hold the tine row in place on your dish rack. If your clip is broken or cracked, you should replace it. This clip is made from plastic and is a genuine OEM part. It is sold individually.

Dishwasher silverware basket (dishwasher silverware basket, light gray)

Dishwasher chopper assembly (food chopper assembly inside circulation pump)

This part chops up/mince the food particles to prevent from clogging the dishwasher pump. This is a chopper assembly or drain food chopper, and it is designed for your dishwasher. The chopper chops up/minces the food particles in your dishwasher to prevent them from clogging the pump. You may need to replace this part if your dishes are not being cleaned properly, your appliance is particularly noisy, or you are noticing draining problems. The tools you will need to make this repair include a number 20 and a number 15 torque screwdriver, a small flat blade screwdriver, and a pair of needle nose pliers.

Lower dishrack (dishwasher lower dish rack. Transfer rollers from original rack to new or see recommended parts for new roller info.)

This genuine OEM Whirlpool lower dishrack is used to hold the dishes in place during the operation of the cycles. The lower rack is gray in color and includes the rack only. You can remove the rollers from the old rack and use them on the new dish rack.

Door handle (handle, latch (black))

NOTE: This part is no longer available in white or biscuit. HANDLE only.

Tine row

The tine row is located on the lower dishrack. The tine row can be raised or lowered to provide more room in the lower dishrack. Over time the tine row can become rusted, damaged, or lost, and will need to be replaced. The manufacturer has updated the tine row, it may look different but it will still fit like the original. This part measures approximately 19 1/2” long and is made of metal. This is a genuine OEM part and is sold individually.

Circulation pump and motor (dishwasher circulation pump motor with wash impeller. Poor washing and noise during operation are indications of a circulation pump problem.)

The part functions by spinning the impeller of the circulation pump, which is used to move the water through the spray arms during the wash cycle.

Door gasket (door seal)

The door gasket provides a water tight seal, between the tub and the door, to keep water from leaking out of your dishwasher. If the dishwasher is leaking you may need to replace the door gasket. This black door gasket is made of rubber and is a genuine OEM part.

Door release spring (spring, door handle)

This spring is located in the door section. Sold individually.

Spinner kit (upper spray spinner kit)

The water feed tube spinner is also called the 3rd-level spinner. It is located at the top inside the dishwasher tub. This part works like a little spray arm at the top of your dishwasher that distributes water across the top dish rack to help clean the dishes below. If your dishes are not being cleaned properly, or the spray arm is not spraying water, it could be clogged or damaged and will need to be replaced. This spinner is white in color, made of plastic and is a genuine OEM part.

Dishwasher drain pump (dishwasher drain pump. If the dishwasher does not drain then the drain hose could be clogged or the drain pump damaged or defective.)

Tine row - kit of 2 (dishrack tines, set of two)

This tine row is for the top rack of your dishwasher, and prevents cups, dishes, and other items from moving around during the cycle. If your current row is missing one or more tines, or the tines have become corroded and are leaving marks on your dishes, you may want to consider replacing it. To do so, simply snap off the tine row pivots that hold the tine row in place, and remove the existing tine row. Then, simply replace it with the new tine row, and snap the tine row pivots back into place. When you order this part, it will come with a set of 2 tine rows.
