Door switch kit (three terminal door switch kit. Be aware that this switch replaces older 2 terminal switches.)

This part replaces older two terminal switches.

Door latch kit (dryer door catch kit. Includes door catch and clip (plastic))

This dryer door latch kit comes in two pieces: a door latch, and a door strike. It's used to help hold your door shut to your dryer.

Blower wheel

Part may differ in appearance, but functions same as original part.

Terminal block (terminal block assembly, no hardware)

This terminal block assembly does not come with any hardware. It it three inches long and made of plastic and metal.

Heating element kit - red dot (dryer heating element kit with thermostat, thermal fuse and wires, 240 volt)

This 240 volt heating element is used for electric clothes dryers. Included with this element is a fuse kit consisting of a thermal fuse, a high limit thermostat, two wire leads, and four mounting screws.

Drum support roller - for round ported models (drum support roller)

This single drum support roller is used for round ported model clothes dryers. It is three inches in diameter. The outer black ring of this support roller is made of rubber. While the middle white part is made of plastic. The innermost ring, which is the bearing, is made of metal. Though we picture a roller with a white middle, note that this wheel is also available with a black plastic center.

Single felt pad (dryer felt pad for drum glide.)

This pad is used for many clothes dryers. It is made of a felt material and it is a little over an inch long.

Felt seal (drum front or rear felt seal)

This seal is sixty-eight inches long. It is all white in color and it is made of a felt material.

Cycling thermostat - limit: 140-15 (cycling thermostat, l140-15f)

This cycling thermostat has a limit of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and a differential of 15 degrees. This means that with this thermostat, your dryer's heating element will cut out at 140 degrees Fahrenheit and cycle back on when the dryer's internal temperature drops by 15 degrees.

High limit thermostat - l300-40 (high limit thermostat with special mounting bracket, l300-40)

This hi-limit thermostat acts as as safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. With this thermostat, a dryer's heating element will cut out if the internal temperature reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit. The element will kick back in when the temperature drops to 260 degrees Fahrenheit - the differential of 40 degrees.

Front drum support roller (drum support roller with screw)

This front drum support roller is used for both gas and electric clothes dryers. It is three inches in diameter and includes its own shaft and a nut.

Small felt pad

This felt pad is white on one side, beige on the other, and is made of a felt material. Though the one pictured here is white, these small pads also comes in black or gray. ***Sold individually.

Hinge (dryer) (hinge dr)

Lint filter (lint filter, white)

This white crescent shaped lint filter screen is used with many gas and electric clothes dryers manufactured between 1980 and now. It has a frame made of white plastic, with a black mesh screen.

Drive motor (dryer drive motor replacement kit)

This 1/4 horsepower gas or electric clothes dryer motor from Amana carries 115 volts, 60 Hz, and 5.2 amps. It also performs 1725 revolutions per minute. This motor is used for some of Amana's gas or electric clothes dryers.
