Safety thermostat (high-limit thermostat, l210-30. Note: Watch the part testing video to determine if thermostat is defective.)

This is considered a high limit thermostat. Rating - L210 This thermostat acts as a safety mechanism that keeps the dryer from overheating. Once the dryer temperature reaches a certain point, this piece will shut down power to the heating element.

Bearing retainer (bearing retainer plate with slot for ground strap)

There is a slot in it for a ground strap.

Temperature control rotary switch - 4 positions (rotary switch, 4 temperature)

This switch chooses the temperature setting in a dryer.
